The Omega Seamaster is a men's watch with a 42 mm stainless steel case. It is driven by an automatic Omega Calibre 8800 movement.
The blue dial features luminous rhodium-plated skeleton and dot hands and markers. It is covered by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. A uni-directional rotating bezel surrounds the dial, constructed from stainless steel with a blue ceramic top ring indicated for count-up elapsed time. The watch has a screw-down crown and is fitted with a 20 mm blue rubber strap fastened by a tang clasp.
The movement supplies a 55-hour power reserve. Displays include the date, hour, minute and second. The calibre uses a co-axial escapement and operates as a chronometer.
Water resistance is rated to 300 metres.
